IMF and World Bank “Reforms” Signal New Weaponization

To our fellow Canadians,

What we are facing on April 28, 2025, is not an election in the traditional sense. It is a final test of what we have become. This is no longer about politics, parties, or policies. It is about who we are as a people. The real battle is not left versus right. It is between those who remember what it means to be free and those who have learned to live as slaves.

We need to speak plainly.

A slave mentality is not about chains or physical bondage. It is a way of thinking. It is the belief that your survival depends on obedience to a master. It is the mindset that says security is more important than freedom. It is the quiet voice that whispers, ‘better the hand that feeds you than the hand that strikes you.’ A slave mentality is what happens when individuals stop thinking like citizens and begin acting like subjects. They do not ask what is true. They ask what is allowed. They do not seek truth. They seek permission. And over time, they forget that they ever had a choice.

This is the state we now find our country in.

At the center of this moment stands Mark Carney. He is not running for office in the way we understand it. He is being installed. Carney has not earned the trust of Canadians through service. He has earned the trust of international bankers and unelected institutions through loyalty. His resume reads like a blueprint for global capture. Governor of the Bank of Canada. Governor of the Bank of England. Senior advisor to the United Nations. Champion of the World Economic Forum. Holder of three citizenships. Elected by no one. Answering to everyone but you.

Mark Carney is not the people’s candidate. He is the face of your quiet surrender.

In 1965, Canadians knew who they were. The country had just over nineteen million citizens. Federal government employees made up only about five percent of the labour force. The rest worked in private industry, trades, farming, and small business. Most families lived on a single income. People owned what they earned. They built what they lived in. They lived without being tracked, managed, or fed by the hand of government.

That Canada no longer exists.

In 2025, Canada’s adult population is approximately thirty-three million. Out of that, more than 23.7 million adults are directly or indirectly dependent on government income, programs, or contracts. Over seventy-one percent of Canadians are tied financially to the state. These include public sector workers, contractors, seniors on OAS, individuals on disability, social assistance, and employment insurance. This is not a small segment of the population. This is the majority.

And when the majority depends on the government to live, they stop asking whether a policy is right. They ask whether it will keep the money coming. This is not compassion. This is control.

That is why so many Canadians will vote for Mark Carney—not out of hope, but out of fear. Fear that without him and the system he represents, the money will stop. The benefits will dry up. The certainty will vanish. This is the slave mentality at work. It tells you to be grateful for your dependency. It tells you to fear the unknown more than you resent the cage.

Carney is not here to challenge that mindset. He is here to manage it. He is the polite overseer of your quiet descent into servitude.

And make no mistake, this descent is intentional. The World Economic Forum has already published the blueprint. Western economies are being deindustrialized. National borders are being blurred. Personal privacy is being digitized and erased. Basic income will replace wages. Digital currency will replace cash. Carbon tracking will replace privacy. You will own nothing. You will be monitored. You will be managed.

And you will be told to smile.

But history tells us something different. It tells us that those who live in bondage do not remain there forever. Eventually, something inside them awakens. A memory. A whisper. A truth. The ancient Hebrews lived under Pharaoh for generations. They were fed. They were managed. They were told what to think and where to go. Then one day, they remembered who they were. They rose. They walked away from the greatest empire of their age. They chose freedom, even though it came with uncertainty, risk, and hardship. Because deep down, they knew this: life in chains, no matter how comfortable, is not life at all.

We write this letter not out of judgment. We write it out of sorrow. We mourn the silence of the press. We mourn the way our people have traded pride for payment. We mourn how fear has replaced responsibility. And yet, we still believe. We believe that there are Canadians who have not bowed. Who have not forgotten. Who are ready to rise again.

This is why we wrote It Starts With Gold. This is not just a book about wealth. It is a book about reclaiming control. It is a book about escaping a system that was designed to own you. It is a reminder that real value, like real freedom, cannot be printed or promised by the state. It must be earned, built, and protected.

On April 28, 2025, the question is not whether Carney wins. The question is whether Canadians stand.

If we choose fear, we lose everything.

If we choose silence, we will be managed.

If we choose dependency, we will be owned.

But if we choose truth, if we choose courage, if we choose to remember who we are, then we will break the chains that have been quietly wrapped around us.

We are not slaves. We are not clients. We are free people.
