Mark Carney’s 2021 Book Value(s) Is a Blueprint to Destroy Canada

The Canadian federal election campaign is now officially underway. Canadians are set to vote on April 28, 2025. If Mark Carney and his Federal Globalist Liberals are elected to form the next government of Canada, it will not only spell the end of this country as a sovereign nation. It will mark the beginning of something far more dangerous. Carney’s rise to power will complete the globalist plan to dismantle Canada. And once Canada is taken down, that destruction will spread like a virus to every free nation on Earth.
As a concerned Canadian, I have reread Mark Carney’s book Value(s): Building a Better World for All, published in 2021. What I found is not leadership. It is a manual for control. A carefully written program handed to Carney by the unelected elites who are using him to reshape the world in their image.
Carney is not entering politics to serve the people. He has been parachuted in to finish the job that Justin Trudeau started in 2015. Trudeau began weakening Canadian independence with censorship laws, carbon taxes, and foreign treaties. Carney has been selected to complete that work and make the changes permanent.
In Chapter 6 of Value(s), Carney writes that free markets and personal freedoms must be replaced with new global “values.” These are not Canadian values. These values are approved by foreign institutions. They are enforced through fear, not consent. His plan is for Canada to give up its ability to govern itself and submit to global management.
In Chapter 11, Carney outlines how money will be used as a tool to force people into submission. He supports policies that deny credit, loans, and financial services to those who do not follow global rules on climate and social issues. These rules are not made in Canada. They are created by unelected boards who have never met the people they plan to rule.
In Chapter 15, Carney promotes ESG scoring. Environmental. Social. Governance. This system will be used to rate companies and individuals on how closely they follow the global agenda. A low score means no funding, no growth, no freedom. It is not about good business. It is about obedience. You will be watched, rated, and judged.
Carney has been working with the architects of this system for years. He served as Governor of the Bank of Canada. Then he left in 2013 to run the Bank of England. He now lives in New York City. He holds three citizenships—Canadian, Irish, and British. He has not lived in Canada for more than ten years.
He has worked for Goldman Sachs. He is a trustee of the World Economic Forum. He is the United Nations Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance. He advises the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements. These are the engines of global control. They are not elected. They do not represent the people. They operate in secret. Carney does not answer to Canadians. He answers to them.
His mission is to place Canada under the complete authority of the United Nations Agenda 2030. That agenda says you will own nothing and be happy. What it does not say is who will own everything. They will. The billionaires. The bankers. The policy makers who never face elections. The ones who chose Carney.
He has been sent back to Canada to lock this system into place. He will finish what Trudeau started. Once the structure is complete, it cannot be reversed. It cannot be voted away. The tools will be in place to manage every part of life—work, money, health, speech, travel, and thought.
Canada will be used as the model. Other countries will be forced to copy it. If Carney succeeds here, the infection will spread. The globalists will use what happens here as proof that they can remake the world without resistance.
